• Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Not share account credentials with others
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not upload malicious content or viruses
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in cheating or academic dishonesty

4. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers using QuizTech agree to:

• Create appropriate and fair assessments
• Respect student privacy and data
• Use the platform in accordance with school policies
• Provide accurate course materials
• Maintain professional conduct

5. Content Ownership

Ownership of content on QuizTech:

• Teacher Content: Quizzes and questions created by teachers remain their intellectual property
• Platform Content: QuizTech owns the platform code, design, and infrastructure
• Student Data: Quiz results and performance data are stored for educational purposes
• License: By uploading content, teachers grant QuizTech a license to display and distribute it to enrolled students

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to complete quizzes
• Share quiz content outside of educational context
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Harass or bully other users
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission

7. Service Availability

QuizTech aims for 99.9% uptime but:

• We may perform scheduled maintenance
• Service may be interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances
• We are not liable for downtime or data loss
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create security risks
• Are inactive for extended periods
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

QuizTech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or academic records
• Unauthorized access to user accounts
• Accuracy of educational content provided by teachers
• Technical issues beyond our control

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time
• Notify users of significant changes
• Require acceptance of updated terms for continued use

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
